Shipping Information: We ship all our packages via UPS. All packages are shipped with proper packaging and insurance. All shipping charges are based upon weight. Orders can be expected to be delivered between 2-8 business days (unless you request next day, 2nd day or 3 day select air shipping). Orders are shipped promptly, usually within 24 hours of receiving the order (unless an item is on backorder), besides weekends and legal holidays when there is no UPS service. In the event an item is out of stock we may wait with the shipping several days until the order can be completed. If the item is unavailable we will take the liberty of shipping the order minus that item. You will receive a confirmation of your order, when your order is processed.

Shipping can also be prearranged to be shipped by other carriers at customers request.

RETURN POLICY: We want our customers to be satisfied with our products. Our goal is to make returns hassle-free. Items may be returned to us within 30 days of purchase, postage prepaid, for exchange, store credit, or full refund. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. Any returned merchandise must be undamaged and unused with all original packaging. Custom orders and personalized items cannot be returned. Please enclose the packing slip/invoice and a letter explaining the reason for your return. Due to the special nature of some of our products, involving issues such as hygiene and Jewish law, as well as seasonality, there may be several exceptions to the general policy of accepting returns. SALES TAX: Sales Tax is charged only on orders sent within the State of NY. NY State law requires that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order. If we ship your order within the state of NY, tax is automatically added to the total purchase price.
